How long will my order take?

Every piece is made fresh: no dusty warehouse stock, no waste. We print your shirt after you order it, which takes 2–5 business days. Then it ships, usually reaching U.S. addresses in 3–5 business days.

From checkout to your doorstep, expect about 5–10 business days. We’ll send you tracking so you can stalk your package like it’s breaking news.

Where is my order?

Check your inbox, we emailed you a tracking link the moment your shirt shipped. If you can’t find it, peek in your spam or promotions folder (they like to hide there).

If your order’s still in production, it means our printers are making it fresh for you. Most orders ship within 2–5 business days after you order.

How much does shipping cost?

We keep it simple: shipping is calculated at checkout based on your location and the item’s weight. No hidden fees, no “surprise” markups.

U.S. orders usually ship for a few bucks, international rates vary. Your total will show before you pay.

What’s your return policy?

Because every shirt is printed just for you, we don’t do returns or exchanges for sizing or change of mind. This keeps our production waste low and our impact lighter on the planet.

That said, if your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or not what you ordered, we’ve got you. Email us at kindredcustomers@gmail.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and photos, and we’ll replace it at no cost to you.

How do I care for my item?

Treat it like your favorite tee:

  • Wash cold, inside out, with similar colors.
  • Skip the bleach and fabric softeners (they’re not friends with the planet or your print).
  • Tumble dry low or hang dry to keep it crisp.
  • Skip the iron on the print.

What size should I order?

Check your favorite tee at home, lay it flat, measure it, and match it to our chart. Tip: If you’re between sizes, go up for a relaxed fit or down for a snug look.

How do you print your clothes?

We use Direct-to-Garment (DTG) printing. Basically, it’s like a giant inkjet printer for clothes. Your design gets printed directly onto the fabric with water-based, eco-friendly inks that bond right into the fibers.
